I climbed up and down hills I never thought I would. It was a great experience and I'm working on conditioning myself for the next hiking trip. I was told this next one will harder than the one I did this Saturday. Considering I'm out of shape I talked to a few people who went on the hike and got a few ideas how to prepare myself for the next one. Luckily for me I have a &quot;grace period&quot; because this weekend we're taking off for the holiday so it won't be until the weekend after that I'll be going.
